Rotari Brut Riserva, 2015
Italy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Trentino
Price: 12 EURRotari is made in the traditional way, which means it’s produced just like Champagne. This allows the wine to develope more complex flavours than compared to, for example, Prosecco. It’s bready, fresh and crunchy with hints of yellow apples and citrus. A really good Italian sparkling wine and a true bang for the buck. We enjoyed it as an aperitif witha a side of pickles topped with sour cream, lemon cest and honey – SUPERCOMBO. Perfect to enjoy just as is or with seafood, fish, lighter salads.
